The apartments are designed to make the most of their green surroundings. Thanks to the nearly threshold-free transition, the terrace seamlessly flows into the living area.

Inside, sustainable materials are chosen to remain beautiful for years to come. The living areas and bedrooms feature a glued multi-layered parquet floor with a 3 mm oak top layer, while bathrooms are finished with ceramic floor tiles of 60 x 60 cm and wall tiles of 30 x 60 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality built-in appliances and allows for personalized layout and finishing.

Technically, everything is perfectly arranged as well. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, an individual heat pump, ventilation system D with heat recovery, and high-insulating glazing with a U-value of a maximum of 1.1 W/m²K. This ensures a pleasant indoor climate in every season.
