This pleasant student room is located on the first floor of a small-scale student building in Vlamingenstraat, right in the center of Leuven. The building was fully renovated in 2021 and has been very well maintained since.

The room is situated at the quiet rear of the building and enjoys a unique view of the city park thanks to its location. With an area of 17 m², the room offers ample space for a comfortable student stay.

The room is fully furnished and features a double bed of 140 cm, a desk with a chair, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a spacious wardrobe. An important advantage is the private bathroom, consisting of a shower, sink, and separate toilet.

On each floor, there is a shared kitchen. The kitchen on the first floor is shared by only four students, making for a limited number of co-users. Additionally, students can make use of a common outdoor courtyard.
