Close to the center of Kampenhout, a former doctor's residence receives a new life. Together with the contemporary new building volume, this ultimately forms the brand new residential project Parkhof: a small-scale residential project with 19 apartments around a landscaped park garden.

Parkhof combines two different residential worlds. In the characterful doctor's residence, seven apartments are housed, respecting the existing architecture. Additionally, there are twelve new-build apartments with a clear, contemporary design. The offer consists of apartments with one or two bedrooms, with areas ranging from approximately 48 to 109 m². Each apartment has a terrace; the ground-floor homes also have a private garden.

The park garden forms the green heart of the project and connects to the adjacent landscape. Yet you live here not isolated. The shops, restaurants, and weekly market of Kampenhout are within walking or cycling distance. Brussels, Leuven, Mechelen, and the airport are also easily accessible. Parkhof is for those who wish to live quietly and green, without letting go of the city center.

Technically, Parkhof is also ready for the future. There is a goal for an energy performance (E-peil) of a maximum of E20. The apartments will be equipped with an individual heat pump, underfloor heating, a ventilation system D, and, where necessary according to the EPB study, private solar panels. Budgets are provided for kitchen, sanitary facilities, and floor finishing, allowing you to further tailor the interior to your own taste.

A lift, internal storage, covered bicycle storage, and above-ground parking spaces with the possibility for electric charging complete the whole. Under the applicable conditions, a purchase at 6% VAT may be possible.
