What to do after terminating a lease agreement?

At the start of the lease, a report was created with a detailed and mutually agreed-upon inventory. Various elements such as the floor, walls, and ceiling were inspected, and any existing damage was explicitly noted.

As you are about to vacate the property, this inventory will be used to identify any potential damage. You must return the property to its original condition, except for normal wear and tear due to aging or force majeure. Below, we provide some tips & tricks to avoid unpleasant surprises.
