Renting out your property

Our rental team will discuss with you how we will manage the rental of your property. We look at the complete picture to find an agreement with the ideal new tenant in a smooth and efficient manner. Every new rental assignment is therefore prepared down to the last detail. Our rental team will review with you what information about the property is already available and which important documents still need to be requested. After the initial meeting, they will advise a market-conform rental price. Once the preparatory work is completed, the search for a new tenant begins.

A rental file involves quite a bit of administration, but we take care of all of it for you. We ensure the creation of a watertight rental agreement, as well as its registration. Additionally, we handle the submission of related documents such as a rental deposit, the verification of fire insurance, and the organization of the property description. The meter transfer and handing over the keys are the final steps in this rental process. Once all of this is completed, we provide you with a complete file so you can manage the follow-up.
