Every new rental assignment is therefore prepared down to the last detail. Our rental team will review with you what information about the property is already available and which important documents still need to be requested. After the initial meeting, they will advise a market-conform rental price. Once the preparatory work is completed, the search for a new tenant begins.

Organizing rental
The rental of your property is advertised through every available medium, both online and offline. This ensures a maximum influx of candidates so that a new tenant can be found quickly. We organize personal viewings where we can also get to know the candidates. We conduct thorough screenings of candidates to connect you with the ideal tenant.

Administration and signing the rental contract
A rental file involves quite a bit of administration, but we take care of all of it for you. We ensure the creation of a watertight rental agreement, as well as its registration. Additionally, we handle the submission of related documents such as a rental deposit, the verification of fire insurance, and the organization of the property description. The meter transfer and handing over the keys are the final steps in this rental process. Once all of this is completed, we provide you with a complete file so you can manage the follow-up. If you wish to have the follow-up managed by Liv’it, this can be done through our Property management service.
